We’re sorry the lab technician missed your appointment! Thank you so much for your patience and for your understanding. Sometimes, technicians are a few minutes late or need to confirm your address. Check your phone -- they might have tried to call you.
However, if more than fifteen minutes have passed and they still haven’t shown, please let us know. We will follow up with the lab office to figure out what went wrong so we can get your health check done and keep things moving.
If it’s clear the technician has missed the appointment, then, after you let us know, please reschedule your health check at a time that is convenient for you. If you don’t see a time that works, please let us know. We are happy to reach out to the lab to find a time that works with your schedule.
Here’s how to reschedule:
- Go to your Account Page
- Select Modify Appointment
- Select a new date and time
While scheduling your health check, certain appointment times are listed as "guaranteed times." These are finalized and require no additional confirmation from our lab partner. You can identify days with guaranteed times by looking for the days on the calendar with dots. Additionally, there are certain appointment times that are listed as a "preferred time." This means that an examiner will confirm the time with you before it is finalized. If you have any additional questions, feel free to reach out.
