Non-payment may force us to cancel your policy and we don’t want to do that! At Ladder, we offer a 61-day grace period. If a payment is missed, we will notify you via email right away to inform you that a payment has been missed. If payment is not received, you will get a number of other notifications from us, but if payment is still not received by the end of the grace period, we’ll have no other choice than to terminate your coverage.
