Your application will continue to be reviewed and we’ll work directly with your medical provider to retrieve your health records based on your acceptance of the Authorization to Disclose Information when you signed the application for term life insurance.
Retrieval of records can take weeks or months depending on the provider. Connecting your electronic medical record takes minutes.
You can visit your Account page and review the Authorization terms that you agreed to when you signed your application. It can be found under the ‘Additional Documents’ section of your Account.
