Due to evolving guidelines from state and federal governments in response to COVID-19, lab technicians may be unavailable to complete health exams. This page will be updated regularly with the latest information about how these guidelines will impact our ability to schedule or complete a health exam.

What should I know about health checks during COVID-19?
We plan to continue providing health exams to applicants in all states. The lab technician assigned to you will contact you by phone to confirm your exam appointment.
If you do not receive a confirmation phone call from a lab technician, please feel free to contact us.
What happens during the appointment confirmation call?
When our lab technicians call to confirm your appointment, they will provide information about their risk of COVID-19 exposure. It is required that you speak to the lab technician to confirm the appointment day and time. You are welcome to ask the lab technician any questions you may have during this call.
Please note that this protocol has been put in place for the safety of both you and the lab technician.
How are we carrying out social distancing during a health exam?
During an exam, the lab technician will follow the talk/no talk protocol. When verbal communication is necessary, the lab technician will speak to you from at least six (6) feet away. Also, while checking your vitals (e.g., taking blood pressure or drawing blood), the lab technician will refrain from speaking to you. We also request that you not speak to the technician during this time until you are at a safe distance - at least six feet away.
