First, we apologize for the inconvenience! We have precautions in place around foreign IP addresses to help us protect our customers from fraud, but every once in a while we get a false positive.
To get unblocked:
- If you’re on a VPN, turn it off and then refresh your browser. That will probably do the trick.
- If it doesn’t, and you’re still not able to proceed, you’ll have to verify your physical address.
Address verification steps
Step 1
Email us at help@ladderlife.com with the subject line: Send link for address verification, and a brief message letting us know that you’re blocked because of your IP address. Please don’t attach anything to your email, as it is not secure!
Step 2
We’ll get back to you via email within one business day with a secure link where you can upload your documentation.
Step 3
Follow the secure link we sent and upload your documentation into the portal.
And that’s it for your part.
Once your address has been verified, someone from our customer experience team will reach out to help you move forward with your application. This usually takes about 1 business day.
