We want to make scheduling your health check as easy and flexible as possible. You may reschedule or cancel the appointment for your health check at any time, for any reason.
To reschedule your health check appointment:
- Go to your Account Page
- Select Modify Appointment
- Select a new date and time
To cancel your health check appointment:
- Go to your Account Page
- Select Modify Appointment
- Select Cancel Existing Appointment at the bottom of the page
While scheduling your health check, certain appointment times are listed as "guaranteed times." These are finalized and require no additional confirmation from our lab partner. You can identify days with guaranteed times by looking for the days on the calendar with dots. Additionally, there are certain appointment times that are listed as a "preferred time." This means that an examiner will confirm the time with you before it is finalized. If you have any additional questions, feel free to reach out.
