Non-payment may force us to cancel your policy and we don’t want to do that! At Ladder, we offer a 61-day grace period (or 60-day grace period depending on your policy) if you miss a payment. During this period, your policy will remain active.
If you miss a payment, we will notify you via email right away. You'll also get a number of other notifications from us over the grace period. If you miss multiple payments while in the grace period, you'll need to make all outstanding payments before the 61-day (or 60-day) period ends to keep your policy. The grace period does not reset with each missed payment.
If we don't receive all payments due by the end of the grace period, we'll be forced to terminate your coverage.
