If you apply for under $3M in coverage, generally you will not be asked to complete a health check; however, you will have to answer questions on the application about your health. For a larger amount of coverage, you may be asked to complete a health check. 

Health checks are free and designed to be convenient for you. A traveling technician will come to your home or office—wherever you’d prefer. During your appointment, the technician will ask you a few questions, measure your height and weight, take your blood pressure and pulse, and collect a urine and blood sample.
