If you apply for up to $3M in coverage, generally you will not be asked to complete a health check; however, you will have to answer questions on the application about your health. For a larger amount of coverage, you may be asked to complete a health check.

Health checks are free and designed to fit your schedule. A technician can come to your home or office (wherever you’d prefer) and will:

• Ask a few health questions
• Check your height, weight, blood pressure, and pulse
• Collect a small blood and urine sample
