You can sign in to your Ladder account by entering your email at ladderlife.com/login. We'll email you a unique link to sign in.

If you're not getting our emails, follow these steps:

1. Check your spam folder: If Ladder's email is in your spam folder, mark the message as "not spam" to prevent future messages from being sent there.

2. Check whether your inbox is full: If your inbox is full, you won't receive new emails until you create more space.

3. Add ladderlife.com to your email provider's allowlist: The specific steps vary based on your email provider, but general guidance is provided below.

Listed below are the basic steps to add ladderlife.com to the allowlist for some common email providers so that you can receive our emails.

AOL Mail

• Open ‘Contacts’ (left sidebar)
• Select the icon for new contact 
• Enter required information (input mail@ladderlife.com for Ladder)
• Select ‘Save’

Apple Mail

• Navigate to ‘Mail’ menu, and click on ‘Preferences’, then ‘Rules’
• Select the ‘+’ button (lower left) 
• Select ‘From' in the 'If a message’ field, and enter ‘@ladderlife.com’
• In the ‘Perform the following action’ field, select on 'Move to’, and choose your inbox
• Select ‘OK’ to save rule

Gmail

• Select the gear icon (top right), and then select on ‘See all settings’
• Select on the ‘Filters and blocked addresses’ tab
• Navigate down to ‘Create a new filter’ and select it
• Enter ‘@ladderlife.com’ in the ‘From’ field
• Select ‘Create filter’, and select the box next to ‘Never send it to spam’
• Select on 'Create filter' again to save filter

Outlook

• Select gear icon (top right), and then select ‘View all Outlook Settings’
• Select ‘Mail’, then ‘Junk email’ (left sidebar)
• Navigate down to ‘Safe senders and domains’, and select ‘+Add’ 
• Enter ‘@ladderlife.com’ in the ‘Add people or domains’ field
• Select the ‘+’ button or press Enter to add domain

ProtonMail

• Click on gear icon (top right), then click on ‘All settings’
• Click on ‘Filters’ tab
• Under ‘Spam, block, and allow lists’, click on ‘Add address or domain’, and select ‘Allow’ from menu
• Enter ‘@ladderlife.com’ and click on ‘Add address’

Yahoo Mail

• Select gear icon (top right), and then select ‘Settings’, then ‘More settings’
• Select ‘Filters’ (left sidebar), and then select ‘Add new filters’
• Under ‘From’, enter ‘@ladderlife.com’ in the ‘Add an email address’ field
• Select ‘Save’
