If you no longer have access to the email address you used to sign up with Ladder, email us at help@ladderlife.com. We’ll verify ownership of your account and ask which email address you’d like to use moving forward. From there, we’ll update your email address for you.
If you do have access to the email address you used to sign up with Ladder, follow these steps:
- Sign in at ladderlife.com/login
- Select Profile
- Select Edit and enter your preferred email address.
- Select Save
