This overall process can take as little as a few days and as long as several weeks. Speed depends on how quickly your medical provider responds to such requests and the time it takes to prepare the records for delivery.

To expedite the process, you can optionally connect your electronic medical records to Ladder directly by logging into your healthcare provider. This process typically takes minutes. Please note that your health provider must have an online healthcare portal available for their patients to access their medical records electronically.
